Explanation:

The sequence of stimulus—response always starts with the stimuli from the external environment. The sensory organ(receptor) will receive the stimuli, the receptor will relay the information with the sensory neurons and will pass through the spinal cord towards the brain. The brain will now process the information and will send a response or feedback. The feedback will be delivered through the motor neurons until it reach the effector, lastly a response will be initiated.
