There are several preservation method used by people around the world to maintain the aroma and the deliciousness of the beverages in our homes. Some of which are freezing where in the temperature is lowered to inhibit the growth of the microorganisms, and drying in which the foods moisture is removed for the bacteria, yeast and molds to not grow in it. The primary objective of food preservation is to prevent food spoilage until it can be consumed. Gardens often produce too much food at one time—more than can be eaten before spoilage sets in. Preserving food also offers the opportunity to have a wide variety of foods year-round. And if we preserve food, we can eat anytime we want, rather than only when there is food to harvest and then we have to eat it right away and starve the rest of the time.
Preserving food is a must most especially in the midst of the pandemic, as people nowadays don't receive that much income and can't buy many foods to stock for weeks. Maintaining each nutritional value, texture and flavor of a food has been done for millions of years so why not continue it for more years to come.
