Yes. I believe that the COVID-19 virus is evolving and this evolving is called mutation. Base from what I see on the news, there's already mutation that happen called SARS-CoV-2. This new variant of COVID-19 virus first started in UK. Scientists said that this mutated virus is more deadly than COVID-19. Mainly because the virus might escape vaccines which means that the vaccines might be useless and scientists needs to invent vaccines again which takes a lot of years.
