8. The following provisions are under the Philippine AIDS Prevention and
Control Act, except for:
A. A person with HIV / AIDS is allowed to donate blood, tissues or organs.
B. A person with HIV/ AIDS is treated with utmost confidentiality by the
medical personnel.
C. The government provides education and information dissemination in
various agencies.
D. The Philippine National AIDS council is established to have
a comprehensive AIDS Monitoring System.​
