Sagot :
Answer:
My favorite body of water is the Pacific Ocean. What does this say about me? Probably not a lot other than the fact that I lived by the beach in California.
I like the Pacific Ocean because I have a lot of fond childhood memories of summer days at the beach. Additionally, I love kelp. It is the coolest. And there are forests of it under the water!
What’s not to love?
That probably reveals my appreciation for the natural world and all things living.
For the fun of it, however, I will try to philosophize my appreciation of the Pacific Ocean:
The Pacific Ocean is the largest body of water on the planet. It is also largely unexplored by humans—the final frontier in many ways is the bottom of the ocean. In this way, my love of the Pacific Ocean represents my curiosity and love of the unknown, and my desire to explore and discover. This probably indicates that I gravitate towards scientific research out of a desire to figure out the workings of our universe.
That is one hundred percent accurate.
The word ‘pacific’ means peaceful, and yet the world’s largest ocean is clearly anything but. This indicates that despite my quiet exterior, my mind is a roiling maelstrom of emotions, thoughts, and ideas.
This one is less accurate, but not completely untrue.
So I guess you can tell a lot about me from my favorite body of water. However, I drew these conclusions form the informed position of being me. If I just told someone that my favorite body of water is the Pacific Ocean they may have concluded that I love to travel or like sailing or who knows what.
