Directions: Enumerate the correct and step by step process on how to
use a microscope. Label them from 1 to 5.
A. Look through the eyepiece and adjust the iris diaphragm or
mirror until the amount of light is satisfactory
B. Move the specimen slide around until the slide is in the center of
the stage
C. Place a specimen slide on the stage. Fasten the specimen slide
with the stage clips.
D. Turn the revolving nosepiece so that the lowest power objective
lens is clicked in position.
E. Turn the coarse adjustment and move the fine adjustment knob
until the image comes into sharp focus.
