i recommend doing your own essay. this was based on my own experiences.
When I was in 7th grade I wanted to have a high grade and studied every night when the exams were near, although I'm not a fan of studying but I wanted to at least get an average grade. After school, I would rest and continued to study my notebooks and books, I didn't even touch my phone only when it's necessary when I needed to search something. On year 8, I didn't study as hard when I was in 7th grade and just studied my notebooks when I felt like it or when I needed to. Nevertheless I still got a passing grade and it was all fine for me.
don't copy my habits though, study hard and finish school haha
anyway, I might have a few grammatical errors but still the essay should be by your own experiences.
