Procedure
A Stand at least 1 foot away from the step or beach with trunk creet assays
B. At the signal Go", step up and down on a beach for 2 minutes ** tute
24 steps per minute one step consists of a beats.
Ship with the left
foot, up with the right foot, down with the left foot, down with the right
foot.
Iroraediately after the exercise, stand and locair your pulse in 5 seconds
(the first bcat is zero)
D Count the pulse for 10 seconds Multiply by 6​
