Answer:

First of all, I will build programs that can help our country especially our citizens. Million pesos though is not enough to resolve poverty in our country thus I will use my money to build programs to help the poor. I will build a free clinic in provinces wherein hospitals are far from them. Every month, I will use my connections to conduct free check-up in provinces that is far from the city and do not have the money to have their health check. I will also advocate about resolving the problems of our country.

I will wish for a competent government to rule this sinking country from corruption and poverty. A government in where they care about serving Filipino citizens and not money from them.
