At this time of the pandemic, we can expect more stress and hardships that can cause us to be mentally tired. Now, we all have our fears, trauma’s, or things that make us uncomfortable and can easily make us paranoid. We overthink about things especially about our family or someone or even our works that are important to us. We don’t know what’s going to happen for the next day or who’s going to have/be affected by the virus. Our works, presentations, online classes, assignments, etc.i know we’re all tired sitting all day and with all of these screens and wires. And sometimes we will feel like we are held back from doing all the things we normally do. It can make us feel that the world stopped and light turned its back from us. Or like a flower that has been plucked out of the garden that hindered its growth. It can really make us feel that way. We can be very sad about what’s happening to us right now. And that can make us feel tired and numb. Since its lockdown, we can focus on our selves more. Mental health counselor can really help us get through this journey. I mean, there’s a lot to take in. Its all ver overwhelming. The counselors can help us be stronger and stand back on our feet again. There are many depressing events that maybe happened on your own private lives. And it can be the cause of you crying at night. At least when you get attention f a mental health counselor, you have someone to talk to and you won’t suffer alone. You can take that pain away in your chest slowly. Bit by bit...
