As to add my answer from the first one, the conversation of the speaker and receiver can be really effective if both listens to each part and having the ability to understand the situation of both the speaker and receiver. You should be able to relate and put yourself in the other one’s situation so that, you’ll hold yourself from judging easily and make your communication or conversation be more interesting and fun.
