25. Good manufacturing practices (GMP) are the practices required in order to
conform to the guidelines recommended by agencies that control the
authorization and
licensing
of the manufacture and sale
of food and beverages.
_26. People known, or suspected to be suffering from, or to be a carrier of a
disease should be ALLOWED to enter any food handling area.
_28. Food handlers should maintain a high degree of personal cleanliness.
_29. Any person so affected should immediately report illness or symptoms of
illness to the management,
_30. Pre employment physical examination is usually NOT REQUIRED for every
person intending to work in a food plant in order to establish freedom from
above diseases.
