The need for power covers power and respect, some people want to have power it can be over others or over assets they just want to feel powerful and lastly affiliation is the need to have social connections some people care more about relationships, they even go into careers which requires them to make contacts.
So these needs guide us and every person has their own dominant need depending on a lot of factors so therefore one thing cannot be most important for everyone.
