I agree that Gender Policing affects all people. Because children, including Filipino children, are raised told to act and talk the same way based on the gender they were born in. Judgement rules society and many feel embarrassed for not meeting the expectations of the adults like 'boys can't wear pink, only green or blue' and 'girls can't be fat and have hairy legs' and it is normalized severely.
All people were children once, so one time or many times they have experienced this and maybe still do so as adults. Gender policing emotionally and mentally hurts people and eventually makes them be the same; Judging other's actions based on normalized expectations.
