They are way too different from Jesus. The Kings from the old testament, are mainly focus on their own welfare. They treat people under their control worthless. While Jesus, he puts value on people he met. He manifest what a true leader should be. He instilled hope to his fellowmen and inspire them to become a better human being. He did not abuse his power but rather he made every person he met whether poor or people who are having certain diseases loved and appreciated.
If I were to describe our leaders today they more like Old testament Kings, most of them abuse their power, corrupt and are self-centered.
