However, we must be careful in believing on something because by simply believing in it, it does not make it real or true. But still that's a YOU thing. No one can convince you of anything unless you want to be convinced. Faith is really hard to muster up these days when most things can be explained away with science, and other things can't-

Answer:

I do believe in God because a creation cannot create itself it needs a creator so it can be created. Look at a building, even you didnt even see who made it you knew there is a builder. Just like us God created this world and us. In science, they believe in the possibility that nothing created everything. we cannot be created just by accident. We also have morals, we know what is good and bad. God made us in His likeness, God Himself is good. Why do we say stealing and murdering is bad because we have given a conscience and we know it is wrong because we are a moral creation. To convince my friend I will explain who really God is and how real He is. As a christian it is our job to share the gospel for them to be saved also. I will say to my friend that i dont want him/her to end up in hell and that i care for her. I may not convince her totally but at least i have planted a seed to her and i know God will do the rest.
