Here is the correct sequence

1. Testis

2. Epididymis

3. Vas deferens

4. Cowper's gland/seminal vesicle

5. Urethra

The sperm cell are develop in the testis. Once the sperm are already develop, they will be stored in the epididymis and gets matured. Testis is where it develops but it will mature in the epididymis. During ejaculation, the sperm will travel from the epididymis going to the vas deferens. Vas deferens connects epididymis and to the urethra. As the sperm travels the vas deferens, it will then reach the seminal vesicle. In the seminal vesicle, the sperm will be mixed with fluids. The sperm will then reach the urethra and goes out the penis.
