What I can do to prepare for a disaster in my community, first, is to harness all things that would able to fly and fall down like shelves, roofs or cabinets. Second, preparing an evacuation plan when it is too dangerous to stay in your houses and preparing first aid kits which contains batteries, important documents, ready to eat foods, radio, flashlights, money, medicines and more. Third, is to survey your surroundings in any potential danger like landslides. Lastly is being alert always and listening to the news for updates.
