Sorry for messy solution. The equation is a third degree linear equation so it forms a curve in the graph. Base from the graph I drawn, the way the curve behave, point (0,0) touches the x-axis (meaning tangent to x-axis) and passes or crosses to point (3,0). The answer is letter C.
