For me I rate them 6 because as you can see the rate of the people being positive is still increasing and to my own experience not all of the people died during the quarantine is positive to the said virus but the doctor still write the patient as one of the people died because of Covid-19 for money and the fact that they stole money that worth a billion is not really good.
