At first I was lazy to go out  of the house. I just wanted to stay in my bed all night, because it felt good. but sometimes, I think that it is also detrimental to health to always lie down because my muscles are no longer excersice.

until I thought of jogging, at first I was not used to it, because I felt like I was out of breath right away, but when you just continued it you could still enjoy what you were doing you felt like you were feeling better and your joints in your body were getting stronger.
