It is important to have a plan in raising a fish/animal because you will have a responsibility for taking care of the animals. Raising an animal isn't just like getting a toy that once you get tired of it you'll get rid of it immediately,you have to be responsible and provide food,water,and a home for the animal you also have to clean it's mess and should never neglect it because it is a living thing.So when you are planning to get a dog,cat,hamster,fish or etc. look at yourself first and ask yourself if you are ready to take the task in taking care of it?,can you give some of your time in that animal?,and can you provide that animal you're taking home the life that it deserves?
