Oscar Garin
Oscar "Richard" Serag Garin Jr. is a Filipino civil engineer and politician who was born on December 11, 1969. Oscar Garin Sr. and Ninfa Serag Garin are his parents. Sharon and Christine Garin are his older siblings. Garin is a two-term member of the Philippine House of Representatives, representing the First Congressional District of Iloilo, which includes seven (7) towns: Oton, Iloilo, Tigbauan, Tubungan, Igbaras, Miagao, San Joaquin, Iloilo, and Guimbal, Iloilo, where he was born. From June 2013 to June 2019, Garin served for six years in a row.

Joel Yamson of San Isidro, Magalang, Pampanga, is a palay seed planter. In 1995, Yamson began with a single high-grade buffalo from Pampanga Agricultural College. He currently has five milking AI-produced Murrah buffaloes that produce 5-8 liters per head per day, which he sells to processors for P30 a liter. He is also involved in the paiwi system, in addition to AI-produced breeders and feeders (a scheme in which the caretaker gets to own the first-born offspring of the cow he tends).
