ACTIVITY 2: ARRANGE ME PLEASE!

Direction: Arrange the jumbled letters to form a word. These word describes the characteristics

of fresh shellfish.


1. Oysters, clams and mussels in the shell must be VIALE.

2. Live or shucked oysters must have a very mild, TEESW smell.

3. Live RETSBOL must be alive when cooked.

4. Glazed shrimp should be NYSHI with no freezer bum.

5. Live SCBAR should be kept alive until cooked.​
