Q1) Life is possible inside the jar if there is enough oxygen inside

Q2)The fish would possibly die because plant makes big difference to eco system it provides oxygen so if there's no plant present there would be not enough oxygen for the fish to survive but water has oxygen but still it's better if there's plants

Q3) Plants can survive because it's underwater and the plant will be able to get enough sunlight so I think the plant would survive

Q4)Yes, Like sunlight even if an animal plant Is under water they do still need sunlight
