Visible Light
Our eyes able to see our surroundings because of the visible light. The frequency of visible light can be detected by our eyes and in fact it is the only EM waves that our eyes can detect. We use eyes in everyday task.
We are able to see colors in our surrounding since they are reflected in a certain material. We see materials like plant leaf as green since the leaf absorbs all the colors but reflected the green colors which then our eyes can received and we see it as color green and this colors we see are known as the visible light. The same with other material, we see the colors of the material which are being reflected by them.
