It is an unethical conduct, because it is unfair for the students who work hard to get good grades and graduate, the same as getting a diploma, the undeserving students shouldn't be able to get a diploma as they are UNDESERVING and they don't work hard for what they want, same as life, you can't accomplish anything, if you don't work hard. And Fairness is an ethical trait according to what i've found, and a situation like this is very unethical to not just me but many more people.
