The Department of Education and other government personnel made different kinds of learning arrangements to frame the huge catastrophe that the students are now facing due to this pandemic. New learning arrangements or modalites includes modular, online classes and more that constantly addresses and gives remedy for each student's problem especially in reaching their dreams and becoming a productive being.

But even though there were lots of modalities released to address the said problem, there were also bad effects and feedbacks happened. There were lots of reported cases about a large number of students commiting suicide after experiencing tough times in complying the additional activities in their assigned modules. Modular classes is a modality in which teachers will distribute modules for the students to answer a specific task inorder to step up into the next school year but the problem is that, some students can no longer accomplish all the task because they need someone to facilitate them for them to have an insight about the topics. Online classes is a modality done online. This is also a way to train young ones to find purpose about the technologies and different social media platforms to be promoted to the next school year but some students wasn't able to finish their online classes due to the poor internet connectivity.

These are just the bad effects and circumstances caused by the new learning modalities that were given. Therefore, students must boost their hardworks and perseverance for them to conquer their dreams and let no disaster to be a hindrance towards the word success.
