Integrity:
This means that leaders should be truthful and thrustworthy. (Honest)
Respect:
An ethical leader should show respect to her/his members by listening to their opinion attentively, showing concern to his/her members, neing generous to the members, and lastly valuing his/her members contibution.
Justice:
Ethical leaders should be also concerned in issues of justice and fairness. Leaders should prioritize treatinghis/her members in an equal manner and placing justice and fairness at the center of their decision-making.
