if i was given an opportunity to be an author of a short story the filipino tradition that i would like to highlight in my story is the MEDIA NOCHE. i chose that tradition for the reason that it's the time of the year when the whole family gets to bond and have fun. we patiently wait for 12 midnight for us to be able to welcome the new year. we would jump for us to get taller, we would wear polca dots and shake money for good fortune.
