1.) PREJUDICE

He judge easily because of their age. Just because you're old, it doesn't mean that you can't do that task properly. As long as you're healthy and you don't have health problems, then it's okay to do that work.

2.) BIAS

Because they didn't let the other party finish what they were supposed to do or say. And clearly favors the other party.
