call the others and we’ll work as a group to save the worker who falls into the hole. after that we will bring him to the hospital to check if something's wrong with him.
OR
I call for help from the police or 911 (ganern) depending on what the emergency number is in the country i am in. After I call them for help I will try to find a way to get him/her out of the hole.If I do get the person out of the hole I will check them if they have any injuries and treat it while waiting for the help to come
