Feedback can be positive like when you go to get the haircut and you're really really happy with the outcome but feedback can be negative too, for example when you order something from online and it arrives lates.
Feedback insure a better understanding between sender and reciever. When reciever response to the sender, the sender can easily evaluate the attitudes of receiver.
