All of us experiences a significant event in our life. Of those events, some of them are memorable for variety of reasons, it may be because it was traumatically distressing or maybe because it was the happiest moment that we had all throughout our life. For me, my most memorable event of my life is when i voluntarily hiked the treacherous mountains of sierra madre with my father and older brother. The reason why we hiked the mountain in the first place is because we want to collect a vine called "luplupiit". Unfortunately, this kind of plants are particularly found in the higher parts of the mountains
Anyway, long story short, we already started the to hike at the foot of the mountain early in the morning , we already know that it would be hard to hike the mountain since the path gets steeper as it gets higher. We stopped to rest and eat snacks, then we argued whether we should follow the path or we should take a shortcut to significantly reduce our travel time. After resting, we continued our journey and agreed to the idea of creating a shortcut which turns out to be a bad idea since we ended up inefficiently wasted most of our time creating a path down the steep mountain before we reached our destination. After we collected the vine, we followed the downriver and realized that we should had followed the path instead of creating a shortcut. We reached the foot of the mountain before riding our tricycle and we happily went home even though our body aches so much.
