I cant say that Harry Potter is tge best series since there's a lot of series out there but I can think I can say that Harry Potter is one of the best series because the characters from the book was greatly potrayed by the artist in the series even though a lot of scenes from the book were cut off. And the story itself is very phenomenal and interesting.
