White Light
White light is an visible light that can seen in humans eyes. Visible light itself is also a form of an electromagnetic radiation. When the light past through a prism, the light split inside of the prism which it release the colors of the white light. Also, this process is called Dispersion.
Summary of
Dispersion
- It is a splitting of the white light through the prism which it release the seven components of colors in the white light when it past to a prism.
Colors of the White Light That Release Through the Prism
- When light slip through the prism the color released and that color is Red, Orange,Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. Which stands from ROYGBIV. It is arranged in the highest wavelength to the lowest wavelength.
NOTE: The Red is the highest wavelength but it's frequency is low as well as its energy and the lowest wavelength is Violet but it's frequency is high so do it's energy.
