If the kittens are in an exposed or unsafe area (e.g. near a street or on a sidewalk), you can move them a short distance to a safer location, such as under a nearby bush. You could also put the kittens into a cardboard box that you place close by, but out of the way of traffic and predators.
I will buy food for them and take them home, if im not allowed to keep it I will look for someone I know can take care of the kitty and someone I know who will love the kitten and will keep me updated about the kitten.
