Coefficient of friction varies from object to object. There are objects with high coefficient of friction, and some have less. Low coefficient of friction generates low frictional force, these objects will tend to slide. Examples of Low coefficient of friction are Ice and steel. High coefficieny of friction generates high frictional force, these objects are hard to push and may never slide. An example of High coefficient of friction is rubber.
