Directions: Read and analyze the situation below. Then identify
the agent of soil erosion.
1. Chicken use to scratch the soil to get their food and make their
body lie down to be freshened up, then the soil will cover all over
them. As they move, the soil is being transferred from one place
to another.
2. During rainy seasons, soil erosion and landslide is prevalent in
mountainous areas.
3. A sand storm occurs in Paoay sand dunes one windy day.
4. Large amount of gravel and sand are being carried away from
one place to another through the use of heavy equipment by the
construction workers.
5. Children are playing in the park and carried some of the soil
from it through their shoes and slippers.​
