emotional problems (anxiety, depression, low self-esteem) and injury are the two stressor i have atleast experience in life. I overcome it by being strong and positive in my life. I think of positive thoughts and I avoid thinking negatively. I satrted to beleive in myself and have self-esteem in everything i do. I do some recreational activities like running and biking, eat healthy foods, and by spending time with my family and friends.
