FEBRUARY

☘️KABUGAO TOWN FIESTA (Feb. 8-12) - Four day celebration in Apayao's Capital town
APRIL
ASIPARRA FESTIVAL (April 14) - dedicated to the preservation of the diverse aquatic resources of Nagan River. Its central event is fishing in the river using the "asiparra"- the Isnag's term for goggles and one of their tools for fishing.
JUNE
PANAGAPITKEN PANAGYAMAN FESTIVAL (June 10-12) - traditional thanksgiving celebration for a bountiful harvest in the municipality of Luna.
KABINNULIG FESTIVAL (june 20-22) - celebrated in Flora in honor of the trusty carabao, the loyal partner of farmers.
PINYA FESTIVAL - festival in Pudtol that showcases its ONE TOWN ONE PRODUCT (OTOP)
BALANGKOY FESTIVAL (June 13-17) - is the annual festival of Sta. Marcela's founding anniversary laced with street Dancing and displays of agro-industrial products.
SA-AM YCALANASAN (June 23-25)- Calanasan's annual fiesta celebrated with the pippiru festival (boat racing) and sinursur-sinandila festival.
BANAMBA-SINURSUR-SINANDILA FESTIVAL (June 23-25) - Featuring Calanasan as the home of Philippine eagle in Northern Philippines and showcases the spicy indigenous culinary heritage of the Isnags in Calanasan.
OCTOBER
PANAGBUNGA FESTIVAL - it was initiated my Mr. Ireneo Ortega in thanksgiving of the plentiful harvest of fruits which was eventually institutionalized by the Municipal Government of Conner taking pride as the "Fruit basket of Apayao".
