FORECAST: Bicol region and the provinces of Quezon and Aurora will experience cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail throughout the archipelago and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
