For example, if I get C’s and an occasional B through grades 1-10, I’m probably not going to get into MIT and split atoms, or Cornell Medical School and perform brain surgery for a living. But I could have a very successful business as a plumber, carpenter, etc and a wonderful family and home if I make mostly good choices and pursue my goals with persistence and a little luck.
