picture 2 because it is a fancy dish and i haven't try it yet and it looks good actually, it's not like a normal boiled egg like the picture 1 and also picture 2 looks expensive
Because, it looks like a fancy dish and more likely an art that is made of food, it's way of how they designed the food makes it more appealing to my eye.
