The similarities among Cabeza, a Datu and a Sultan were all of them are rulers (variously described in historical accounts as chiefs, sovereign princes, and monarchs of numerous indigenous peoples throughout the Philippine archipelago.) Their differences were the places where they rule and how they rule.
