Yes, bed capacity could still be a problem because the more the cases and variance of diseases needs to be attended at the hospital, (or kung saan po yung location ng given scenario po na binasa niyo, like example hospital) the more the hospital needed a bed for the "patient" to use. You have to be more cautious on your surroundings as it is about humans, as it is about life and death. Everything is needed to put in place, before any bad situation happens.
