ANSWER
No. The reason is that there are contingency models. Something might not make sense now because the events (facts) may not have yet occurred. Knowledge may be able to predict facts.
Science Fiction, thought experiments, theories that might have been dismissed as hogwash, can sometimes be precursors for future reality.
