1. Theme is the underlying message of what the poem wanted to tell us. 2. Tone is the attitude felt when reading or listening to a poem. 3. Mood is the emotions and feelings that establish a certain atmosphere. 4. Tanaga is an indigenous type of Filipino short poem with four (4) lines (quatrain) with each line having seven (7) syllables only. 5. Dalit is an indigenous type of Filipino short poem that consists of eight syllables in each line. There are four lines in each stanza with a single rhyme.​
