Answer: 1. Fairness.Because it includes the honesty to the players without favouritism so players should trust you which is important to an official to work properly
2.For me is to be HONEST because I BELIEVE that HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY.So if you will be HONEST to everyone , they will trust you wich is important to an official to work properly without bothering.
3.Observation in everyday's life, also correcting ones life and not tolerating it because officials does not tolerate violations and they corrected it.
