17. Rearrange the procedure of baking eggs
1. Break an egg into the cup, and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then top the egg with a little milk.
2. Place a little butter in a custard cup. Put the cup in 1750C (3500 F) oven until the butter melts.
3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until the egg white is set.
